1. Referral reward
One $200 reward may be earned for an eligible referred business after the business completes enrollment, its first full monthly payment and any applicable Onboarding payment clear, and the account is active and in good standing when Local Rank Master confirms eligibility.
An existing Local Rank Master client may receive an approved account credit. An eligible non-client may receive an approved electronic payment. No reward is due merely for submitting a name, making an introduction, scheduling an audit, or generating a lead.
2. Eligible referrals
- The prospect is a genuine business and a new prospect not already in the active Local Rank Master sales pipeline.
- The introduction is made with permission and accurately identifies an owner or authorized decision-maker.
- The business appears eligible for the service and completes the ordinary enrollment process.
- The required initial payments clear and the account remains active and in good standing when reviewed.
3. Exclusions
- Self-referrals and substantially common-ownership referrals without prior written approval.
- Duplicate, pre-existing, late, fabricated, incomplete, or ineligible referrals.
- Prospects generated through spam, purchased lists, impersonation, deception, or unlawful contact.
- Employees, commissioned contractors, cold callers, closers, or sales representatives when the introduction is part of their compensated role.
- Accounts whose initial payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise fails to remain cleared before reward approval.
When more than one person claims the same business, Local Rank Master generally recognizes the first documented eligible introduction but may resolve the matter using its available records. Eligibility determinations are made reasonably and in good faith.
4. Conduct and disclosure
A participant must:
- Use accurate statements and obtain permission before sharing private contact information.
- Disclose clearly when they may receive a referral reward, including in public promotion.
- Avoid promises of rankings, leads, revenue, review removal, timelines, or guaranteed results.
- Avoid implying that Local Rank Master is Google or is affiliated with Google.
- Avoid spam, purchased lists, automated abuse, misleading claims, impersonation, and unauthorized brand use.
- Never collect or transmit a prospect’s card data, passwords, verification codes, or private account credentials.
Example disclosure: “I may receive a referral reward if you become a Local Rank Master client.” The participant remains responsible for using a disclosure appropriate to the actual context and applicable law.
5. Separate sales compensation
The public referral program does not compensate cold calling, prospecting, audit presentation, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, closing, account management, or other sales work. Those activities require a separate written employee or contractor agreement approved by Local Rank Master.
6. Reward payment and tax records
Local Rank Master may require identity, taxpayer, or payment information through an approved secure process before issuing a reward when reasonably required for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, or tax reporting. A participant is responsible for their own tax treatment. Do not send sensitive tax or payment information through an ordinary referral email.
7. Fraud, program changes, and termination
Local Rank Master may investigate, withhold, reverse, or deny a reward associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, materially false information, unlawful conduct, or a violation of these Terms. It may modify, suspend, or end the program prospectively, while reviewing already documented eligible referrals under the terms in effect when submitted.
The program does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary duty, exclusive relationship, or authority to bind or speak for Local Rank Master.
8. Referral contact
Do not include passwords, card information, tax identifiers, or unnecessary personal information in a referral message.
