3. Information you provide
You may provide information when you email us, request an audit, book an appointment, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on the inquiry, this information may include:
- Your name.
- Your business name.
- Your business email address.
- A phone number, if you choose to provide one.
- Your business website or Google Maps URL.
- Your primary service.
- Your primary city or market.
- Details about the business or local visibility issue you would like us to review.

- Any other information you voluntarily include in your message.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment-card details, customer records, or Google account credentials through a booking form or inquiry. We do not need that information to review an initial audit request or administer an appointment.
Payment-card details entered through an approved secure payment flow are received and processed by the applicable payment provider. Local Rank Master does not ask for or intentionally receive full card numbers or security codes through this website, email, text, chat, CRM notes, or ordinary forms.
4. Information handled automatically
We may use first-party event attributes on selected calls to action to understand interaction with those elements. These attributes do not include sensitive form values, and the website source does not include an authored analytics tracker.
When you visit the website, external infrastructure providers necessary to operate and secure the website may process technical information such as:
- Internet Protocol address.
- Browser and device information.
- Request dates and timestamps.
- Pages or resources requested.
- Security, diagnostic, and error information.
- Essential session, routing, caching, or similar operational information.
When the embedded Light Audit is activated, it may process business-search and contact information submitted to run a requested search, together with technical information needed for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. When it is unavailable, the Local Rank Master page provides direct contact and scheduling fallbacks instead.
As of the date shown above, we have not intentionally enabled optional advertising pixels or an authored analytics tracker in the website source. The hosting environment may nevertheless use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, routing, session management, stability, and core platform operation.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and audit requests.
- Identify and review the correct publicly available business information.
- Prepare, explain, or discuss a requested local visibility audit.
- Communicate about a requested service or possible next steps.
- Schedule, confirm, prepare for, conduct, document, reschedule, cancel, administer, and follow up on a requested call.
- Authenticate member access and administer plan selection, checkout return, orders, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, cancellation, and account support.
- Reconcile accepted agreements, payment status, authorization, intake, and onboarding readiness before service begins.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve website reliability.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems.
- Maintain reasonable business and communication records.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We do not use inquiry information for an email newsletter, promotional SMS program, or third-party targeted advertising at this time.
6. Service providers and disclosure
External service providers may process information to host and secure the website, deliver embedded business-search and contact data, provide requested communications, and support report delivery or follow-up. External cookies, storage, or scripts may be used for these functions.
An embedded audit surface may receive business-search and contact data needed to complete a requested search. If it is unavailable because of a framing or runtime limitation, the website provides direct contact and scheduling fallbacks.
External service providers may host, secure, and deliver the website; provide requested communications or scheduling; and, when enabled, process secure payments, account records, and subscription administration.
Information submitted through an external scheduling or communication service is also handled under that service’s applicable terms and privacy information, which you should review before using it.
An external audit or form service may receive submission content and technical information needed to provide the requested function and detect abuse. We will update this notice if a material change to that processing requires it.
External security and abuse-prevention services may process device, browser, network, and interaction signals needed to protect the website and submitted requests.
These providers process information under their own terms, privacy notices, and data-protection commitments.
We may also disclose information:
- To professional advisers who need the information to provide legal, accounting, security, or similar services and who are subject to appropriate obligations.
- When reasonably required by law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request.
- When reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate security incidents, or protect legal rights.
- In connection with a legitimate business reorganization, sale, transfer, or succession, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Local Rank Master does not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry information for third-party targeted advertising.
Before activating a new online form processor, anti-spam provider, analytics provider, customer relationship management workflow, or other material data-processing service, we will review and update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
8. How long information is kept
We use the following working retention practices:
- Inquiry emails, booking records, and related correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful inquiry activity.
- Copies that Local Rank Master actually receives and retains for incomplete audit or inquiry records may be kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful activity for follow-up, consent and routing records, or abuse-prevention evidence, unless longer retention is reasonably required for an active relationship, legal obligation, security matter, accounting need, or dispute.
- Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for an active business relationship, legal obligation, accounting need, security matter, investigation, or dispute.
- Agreement versions, policy assent, member or contact identifiers, plan and order records, subscription status, invoices, payment status, cancellation records, and related accounting evidence may be retained for the active relationship and afterward for reasonable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute periods.
- Security, diagnostic, and platform information may be retained according to operational needs and provider-controlled schedules.
External providers control their own retention under their disclosed terms and our instructions; the 12-month practice above applies only to copies that Local Rank Master actually receives and retains and does not state or control an external provider’s retention period.
9. Information security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, account security, service-provider safeguards, and data minimization.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Use the approved secure payment and account controls for payment or subscription activity. Please do not send card details, passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, or unnecessary personal information by email, text, chat, CRM message, or ordinary website form.
10. Your privacy choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may contact us to request:
- Information about how we handle your inquiry.
- Access to personal information we maintain about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of information that we are not required or reasonably entitled to retain.
Send privacy requests to contact@localrankmaster.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or legal claims.
We do not operate a marketing email or SMS program at this time. Providing a phone number with an inquiry does not authorize marketing text messages.
11. Processing locations
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices, and data-protection arrangements.
12. Children’s privacy
The website is intended for business owners and adult business representatives. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact contact@localrankmaster.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
13. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. Those third parties have their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Local Rank Master does not control their practices.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. When material changes are posted, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
This Privacy Policy will be reviewed when material website, checkout, account, form, analytics, marketing, customer-relationship, provider, or legal practices change.
