3. Information you provide

You may provide information when you email us, request an audit, book an appointment, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on the inquiry, this information may include:

  • Your name.
  • Your business name.
  • Your business email address.
  • A phone number, if you choose to provide one.
  • Your business website or Google Maps URL.
  • Your primary service.
  • Your primary city or market.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment-card details, customer records, or Google account credentials through a booking form or inquiry. We do not need that information to review an initial audit request or administer an appointment.

Payment-card details entered in Wix-hosted checkout are received and processed by Wix Payments and its payment partners. Local Rank Master does not ask for or intentionally receive full card numbers or security codes through this website, email, text, chat, CRM notes, or ordinary forms.

4. Information handled automatically

When you visit the website, Wix and other infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate and secure the website may process technical information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address.
  • Browser and device information.
  • Request dates and timestamps.
  • Pages or resources requested.
  • Security, diagnostic, and error information.
  • Essential session, routing, caching, or similar operational information.

When the online audit-request form is enabled, Formspark and Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information associated with form delivery, security, and abuse prevention, including network, browser, device, request, and interaction signals.

As of the date shown above, we have not intentionally enabled optional advertising pixels or an authored analytics tracker in the website source. Wix-managed hosting may nevertheless use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, routing, session management, stability, and core platform operation.

5. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and audit requests.
  • Identify and review the correct publicly available business information.
  • Prepare, explain, or discuss a requested local visibility audit.
  • Communicate about a requested service or possible next steps.
  • Schedule, confirm, prepare for, conduct, document, reschedule, cancel, administer, and follow up on a requested call.
  • Authenticate member access and administer plan selection, checkout return, orders, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, cancellation, and account support.
  • Reconcile accepted agreements, payment status, authorization, intake, and onboarding readiness before service begins.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve website reliability.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Maintain reasonable business and communication records.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We do not use inquiry information for an email newsletter, promotional SMS program, or third-party targeted advertising at this time.

6. Service providers and disclosure

We currently use service providers that may process information on our behalf, including:

  • Wix, for website hosting, delivery, security, member authentication, Pricing Plans, Wix-hosted checkout, Wix Payments, orders, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, cancellation controls, session management, and related platform functions.
  • Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and Google Meet, for business email, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, meeting links, rescheduling, cancellation, calls, and related appointment administration.

Google provides the booking page and meeting service. Information submitted through those services is also handled under Google’s applicable terms and privacy information, which you should review before booking or joining a meeting.

When the online audit-request form is enabled, Local Rank Master expects to use Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL, to receive and store form submissions and support operational submission notifications. Formspark states that its services are operated from Belgium and that submitted information is stored in Ireland. Formspark and its subprocessors may process submission content and technical information needed to provide the service and detect abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile may process device, browser, network, and interaction signals for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

These providers process information under their own terms, privacy notices, and data-protection commitments.

We may also disclose information:

  • To professional advisers who need the information to provide legal, accounting, security, or similar services and who are subject to appropriate obligations.
  • When reasonably required by law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request.
  • When reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate security incidents, or protect legal rights.
  • In connection with a legitimate business reorganization, sale, transfer, or succession, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Local Rank Master does not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry information for third-party targeted advertising.

Before activating a new online form processor, anti-spam provider, analytics provider, customer relationship management workflow, or other material data-processing service, we will review and update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Wix-managed hosting may use essential cookies or similar technologies to support security, routing, sessions, caching, stability, and other core website functions.

We have not intentionally enabled optional advertising pixels or an authored analytics tracker as of the date shown above. If we later enable optional analytics, advertising technologies, or other non-essential tracking, we will review whether an updated notice or consent mechanism is required before activation.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect website operation.

8. How long information is kept

We use the following working retention practices:

  • Inquiry emails, booking records, and related correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful inquiry activity.
  • When the production online audit form is enabled, unconverted or inactive form submissions may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful activity, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active relationship, legal obligation, security matter, accounting need, or dispute.
  • Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for an active business relationship, legal obligation, accounting need, security matter, investigation, or dispute.
  • Agreement versions, policy assent, member or contact identifiers, plan and order records, subscription status, invoices, payment status, cancellation records, and related accounting evidence may be retained for the active relationship and afterward for reasonable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute periods.
  • Security, diagnostic, and platform information may be retained according to operational needs and provider-controlled schedules.

A production online form is not currently active. Before one is publicly launched, this Privacy Policy must be reviewed against the final form provider, information collected, retention period, anti-spam service, and any additional processing or disclosure.

9. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, account security, service-provider safeguards, and data minimization.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

Use Wix-hosted checkout and Wix-managed account controls for payment and subscription activity. Please do not send card details, passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, or unnecessary personal information by email, text, chat, CRM message, or ordinary website form.

10. Your privacy choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may contact us to request:

  • Information about how we handle your inquiry.
  • Access to personal information we maintain about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of information that we are not required or reasonably entitled to retain.

Send privacy requests to contact@localrankmaster.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or legal claims.

We do not operate a marketing email or SMS program at this time. Providing a phone number with an inquiry does not authorize marketing text messages.

11. Processing locations

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices, and data-protection arrangements.

12. Children’s privacy

The website is intended for business owners and adult business representatives. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact contact@localrankmaster.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

13. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. Those third parties have their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Local Rank Master does not control their practices.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. When material changes are posted, the “Last updated” date will be revised.

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed when material website, checkout, account, form, analytics, marketing, customer-relationship, provider, or legal practices change.
